The Arcadia Board of Trustees Nomination Form

The Arcadia Board of Trustees is soliciting nominations for nine additional Trustees. We are inviting members of the community to submit names of persons whom they believe have the competence and commitment to make a positive contribution to our vision for transformative change. Self-nominations are encouraged.

The Legal and Ethics Committee will consider all nominees and shall use objective criteria to compile an inclusive and diverse list of suitable candidates for submission to the founding trustees, who will make the formal appointments.

The following members of the Legal & Ethics Committee, all of whom are practicing lawyers, will conduct the selection process: Mtulisi Ncube, Joanna Chanjack, Yacub Jogee (Mhuru).

In the nomination form, please provide a brief statement setting out why, in your opinion, the nominee has the necessary attributes to make a positive contribution to the Arcadia Board of Trustees.

We will also ask you to confirm that your nominee is willing to serve. All nominations will remain confidential amongst the Legal & Ethics Committee until formally appointed.
